Bought something but it didn’t fit, wasn’t what you expected or simply changed your mind?

Don’t worry! Send it back for any reason within 14 calendar days of the order's arrival and we'll exchange or refund it. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return or exchange an item, you must send the product back to us within 14 calendar days of the date it was received by you.

Beyond 14 days, refunds will not be given, however you will be able to exchange your item for a different size (if applicable). Alternatively, you can return your item in exchange for store credit totalling the same value as you purchased the original item for. 

All returned items must be in a suitable condition so as to be resold as new. The product must show no signs of use, and all original packing must be undamaged and unaltered. We recommend using additional packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transport. If the product, including its packaging, is not returned in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In the event that the requested size is not available, we will proceed to the refund. You are responsible for the cost of all returns and exchanges to our warehouse in the UK.

WARRANTY POLICY

Here are two simple steps to returning your products under warranty with Dyno:

  1. Before making any return, Contact us with the following info.
  • Order or invoice number
  • A couple of digital images in which you can see the damage, fault and the product label
  • A short description of the fault
  • This way we can work out what the problem is and whether a return will be possible. Any items sent back for warranty without prior contact will not be accepted.
  • Once the warranty is approved a Dyno agent will send you the return authorisation. At this point, you can post the product back to us.
    Please make sure your product is in a clean and reasonable state as this will make it easier to warranty. Some warranties can take between six to eight weeks to complete.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Damage:

If a product is damaged due to poor care or improper use, the damage will not be covered under warranty.

Loss and Theft:

Products that have been lost or stolen are not covered under warranty.

Altered Products:

Customised items cannot be warrantied because they have been adapted from their original state.
